2026 Marines' Memorial Association & Foundation Scholarship Program
We are proud to announce that the Marines’ Memorial Scholarship Program will open on 14 January 2026, awarding over $150,000 in scholarships for the 2026–27 Academic Year. Our program recognizes and supports exemplary students who embody our mission, “Honoring the Heroes of the Past by Serving the Leaders of the Future”. We remain committed to emphasizing financial need and ensuring that scholarships go to the most talented, dedicated, and deserving students pursuing their educational goals.
Selection criteria include:
• Academic performance (Unofficial Transcript: .PDF format)
• Personal achievements
• Demonstrated financial need
• A 250–500 word writing prompt (.PDF format)
• One (1) letter of recommendation (.PDF format)
• One (1) headshot photo (.JPG or .JPEG)

Scholarship Program FAQs
Richard & Susan Braun Family Scholarship
The Richard & Susan Braun Family Scholarship honors Dr. Richard M. Braun, M.D., Navy Veteran, served in Okinawa and Vietnam with the 1st Marine Division in 1965. He and his wife, Susan, are Patriots Circle members who have funded this scholarship to support the efforts of young men and women transitioning from military service. Two (2) Richard & Susan Braun Family Scholarships in the amount of $5,000 are available. To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants:
- Must have served honorably in any branch of the US Armed Forces
- Must be full-time students attending accredited non-profit undergraduate programs in the United States
- Marines’ Memorial Association membership is not required
