Referred member must be a new Veteran member who has paid the $275 annual or $4500/$5500 Benefactor membership dues, and must report referring member at the time of joining. Referrer must be an active member of the Marines’ Memorial. Certificates have no cash value and are not transferable or replaceable. Rewards are sent quarterly.
