  1. Very nice club with a great location in Milwaukee, right across the street from Lake Michigan. They have a complimentary continental breakfast which was very good. I think we paid approximately $130/night around the 4th of July weekend, which is a great price considering the location. Be sure to visit the Uber Tap Room to try microbrews and Wisconsin cheeses while you are in town!

  1. Posted on 11/13/2019 - When planning travel to Minneapolis for work recently to meet with clients, I required a location where one could have a quiet discussion and enjoy a meal and drinks at an appropriate interval. Lacking options, I made a reservation at the Minneapolis Club for my meetings. It was superb in EVERY respect. I will never go anywhere else when I am in town. The staff was helpful and supportive in every respect and accommodated my needs to a fault. The prices were reasonable, the cocktails memorable, the food was delicious. In the end, the client was pleased and so was I. This is the sort of club each of us wishes we had access to when traveling outside of San Francisco. I highly recommend it to you. Pat Brengman, a member of staff, was especially helpful to me -- in fact, she notified me via email that I had left my mobile phone at the club, helping me to avert disaster! I am especially grateful to her. - D. Pugliese

  1. Date of visit: 15 Dec 2020; Overall a great visit. Had a little trouble with the letter of introduction button and had to email the club direct to the membership manager to resolve our reservation. He reached out and the front desk even called to confirm our dinner reservations. Parking is behind the building with an easy walk to the back doors. The gateway Arch is an easy walk of a few blocks. Once we entered, the staff was friendly... other patrons welcoming... very relaxed atmosphere. They had a special 3 course menu for Valentine Day of Beef Wellington or Sea Bass... we ordered both and both dishes were perfect. Service was good too... Johnnie the waiter was attentive and even though the club was celebrating it's annual ball, plenty of tables were available (we had a reservation just in case). The grill dining room had plenty of booths and some private areas in the back. Dress was casual with open collar and at most dressy was a sport jacket. They had a singer near the bar area (which does have a small smoking section) so we sat back a bit to avoid the fumes... once we walked thru the bar the smell was not noticeable. Tell the waiter up front your a reciprocal member or they won't run a bill ... only a signature card... there is a club fee of 20%... but waitstaff only gets 5% of that as a gratuity... so if you really like the service...you might want to put cash on the top of the bill. We did not stay in the hotel... but if I am downtown STL again, I'll definitely consider it. - WB Brainard
