- Delightful small club in downtown Toronto. Six guest rooms. Stayed one night. The guest room was excellent. (They added rooms to the club two years ago so the rooms are in perfect condition) The bar is open late. Parking in an underground garage next door. a very nice experience. Would happily recommend the Albany Club.

- The Rideau Club in Ottawa Canada is an outstanding reciprocal club to visit. It has an outstanding location in the city near all the major governmental buildings of the Capitol. In fact the Club has excellent views from many of its dining and bar tables of the various bldgs. The Club is located on the 15 floor of the building which gives it commanding views of the entire area of the city and surrounding landscape. The Club has a variety of activities from breakfast to dinner in the main dinning room, various social activities, a quiet library, meeting rooms, and even live jazz in the bar on certain nights of the week. Ms. Caroline Lepage, the member liaison, went out of her way to make me and my party feel welcomed at the Club. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Club. Ms. Lepage reserved a wonderful view table for us on both of our visits to the Club. The dinner and bar menus were expansive with a great wine lists and bar treats. The service was excellent and during this period of COVID, the wait staff wore mask so patrons could remove their masks. Lastly, the food was excellent prepared and presented. The dress code is strictly enforced so make sure you bring your coat and tie if you expect to dine in the main dining room. No visit to Ottawa would be complete without a visit to the Club.

- After one visit it felt like we were among friends. Had a delightful lunch, tour and chat at the Club while visiting Halifax and rest of Nova Scotia on our vacation from Florida’s heat. The Club is in the center of the waterfront district. Super centrally located. The staff was incredibly cordial. Kudos to Jennifer Campbell who kept in touch with us before our visit and, especially Club Manager Meghann McDonald who made our visit delightful. The Club has a wonderful history and Meghann, a native Haligonian (I think I got that right), regaled us with stories that don’t appear in the tour books including the Clubs brush with disaster from the 1917 Great Explosion. Our meal was superbly prepared and presented. Can’t say enough about The Halifax Club. We’ll be back!
