  1. We contacted the club and were told there would be a $50 reciprocal club fee added to our bill. So we decided to not use this club. We had to provide our reciprocal club introductory letter since they didn't seem to receive it from MMC.
  2. Stopped in for lunch. They added a $25.00 parking fee to the lunch bill.
  3. We stayed at the Queen City Club in Cincinnati for two nights, and were pleasantly surprised that the Presidential Suite was open. What a beautiful room. Bed was very comfortable, and staff very accommodating. Local restaurants close by, and the in-house dining room was excellent. Beautiful building, great art, and a joy to visit. Jon C. Abeles Captain, USNR-Retired
  4. We often stay at QCC and use their facilities when we are in town. Their service is unparalleled and they have a wonderful club. I would recommend a visit to this club for any member!
  5. Queen City Club in Cincinnati was a fantastic setting for our 10 military officer dinner ---- They were fantastic in arrangements via phone. The meal, service and atmosphere was fantastic. Really enjoyed our time at their facility and would recommend a visit here to all! Thanks for ensuring such great reciprocal clubs! Semper FI! Scott K. Rineer, MD MPH CAPT MC(FS/FMF) USN

  1. Posted on July 1, 2017 at 9:24pm - "Quite well known as the Industry Hills Golf Club as well as Pacific Palms Resort in Southern California. As affiliate club members we have the privilege to use all the facilities at the resort as well as the two professional level golf courses. If you like golf, this resort is definitely worthy of consideration. This is a real “deal” as membership there is $499/yr. Enjoy the views, pool, and gym as well as superior restaurants and bar. However, you’re on your own for transportation and tours. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional and my reservation received extraordinary attention. Room rates at this time of year are not very different than our own. Rooms are equipped with WiFi and a pay-as-you-go mini bar, not much else in the way of amenities. Breakfast is not included in standard rate nor is there any special member happy hour. But, I treated myself to a bit of luxury and cooler weather than Phoenix while I awaited an event in Los Angeles. Recommend planning a visit." - Marie Shadden, LtCol, USAF (ret)

  1. Stayed at this club for one night on 4-10-2022. Here is my review. Pros: 1. Excellent price for downtown Boston. 2. Tremendous location to everything Boston has to offer. 3. The free continental breakfast was more than just pastries. Cons: 1. No TV in the rooms. 2. No bar/open restaurant at this location. 3. Bed was uncomfortable. Think of it as B&B Club!

  1. I had a very enjoyable evening at the El Paso Club in Colorado Springs yesterday. I visited the Men's Grill and was greeted by a number of the members who made me feel very much at home. Spent about three hours in vigorous conversation and enjoyed it immensely. I heartly recommend the club to anyone passing through Colorado Springs. Note that it is strictly a men's club. Ladies are allowed in the dining room but I believe have to be in the company of a member and there are places in the club that are off-limits to women. If you are a lady, check before you go.
  2. We lunched at the El Paso Club on August 26. What an outstanding facility -- a landmark building in Colorado Springs. Wait staff and food were perfect. Can't wait to return in the future. Thanks.

  1. Enjoyed celebrating my 29 ++ birthday here (all right ... 49 years young) with three fellow officers. The Athletic Club of Columbus is celebrating their 100th Anniversary this year - It's easy to see how they've been in business for such a long time in this beautiful building. Our bar tender was a Navy man - Great to get reconnected for both he and our group. After drinks in their Happy Hour - Library on the first deck, we enjoyed a great ambiance in the main dining room ---- Not sure why we were the only ones dining there this evening, but made for a very wonderful experience. The food and service was absolutely fantastic. Having a very rich (and low calorie - right?) chocolate birthday cake after some of the most reasonably priced (and terrific selection) of wines ---- well, I'm still having to work this weight off. Glad their facility allows for such a great work out as well. Absolutely incredible experience --- Be sure to enjoy this reciprocal club! Scott K. Rineer, MD MPH FACEP FAAEM CPH CAPT MC(FS/FMF) USN
