Enclosed is my donation to the Marines Memorial Club. I understand the difficult times that MMC has gone through during Covid, so I am quite willing to continue my support. For over 25 years, a group of friends of mine, all Marine and Navel officers, have met at MMC a few times a year to celebrate our friendship and to foster our military tradition. I have found, however, that our attendance has lagged since you moved Happy Hour to the breakfast room. We all enjoyed watching the sun go down with a view over the San Francisco skyline. When happy hour ended, we would have the waiter put a white tablecloth on our tables, and would continue with dinner. We recommend that you reinstate the Happy Hour to the window tables.
